Bento Rewards (“Platform”) is operated by:

“Bento Rewards” is a product name. The contractual partner for all users is REPLUG GmbH.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction subject to EU, UN, or other applicable sanctions;
  • You maintain only one account per individual;
  • You do not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, automation tools, device manipulation tools, or similar circumvention mechanisms.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Description of the Platform

The Platform enables users to:

  • Participate in promotional campaigns and third-party offers;
  • Complete tasks, surveys, app installations, or other activities;
  • Earn promotional reward credits (“Coins”);
  • Redeem Coins for digital rewards made available via third-party fulfillment providers.

REPLUG GmbH does not operate third-party campaigns. Coins are granted only after successful validation by the respective campaign or infrastructure partner.

Offer availability may vary by region, device, time, and eligibility criteria.

4. Nature of Coins

Coins:

  • Are promotional reward units;
  • Have no monetary value;
  • Do not constitute electronic money;
  • Do not represent stored value or a deposit;
  • Are not legal tender;
  • Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Platform.

Coins may only be redeemed through reward options made available within the Platform.

Coins may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

5. Redemption and Minimum Thresholds

Users must accumulate the minimum number of Coins specified within the Platform before requesting redemption.

Different reward types (e.g., digital gift cards, PayPal cash equivalents) may have different minimum thresholds.

Redemptions are:

  • Final;
  • Non-refundable;
  • Subject to verification and fraud screening.

The Platform does not guarantee unlimited earning opportunities. Campaign availability depends on third-party supply and user eligibility.

6. Reward Fulfillment via Tremendous

Rewards are fulfilled through third-party payout providers, including Tremendous, Inc.

REPLUG GmbH:

  • Does not provide payment services;
  • Does not hold user funds;
  • Does not issue gift cards directly;
  • Is not responsible for payout provider processing decisions.

Tremendous or other payout providers may independently require identity verification, tax information, or compliance checks prior to delivering rewards.

Failure to comply with such requirements may result in delayed or denied payout.

Risk transfers to the user upon successful digital transmission of the reward.

7. Identity Verification

REPLUG GmbH may request identity verification:

  • To prevent fraud;
  • To comply with partner requirements;
  • To protect the integrity of the Platform.

Verification may be conducted directly or through third-party providers.

If required verification is not completed, redemption may be refused.

8. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Multiple accounts;
  • VPN/proxy usage;
  • Emulators or automation tools;
  • Artificial installs or activity manipulation;
  • Chargebacks or payment abuse;
  • False or misleading information;
  • Attempted exploitation of campaign tracking systems.

If fraud or abuse is suspected, REPLUG GmbH may:

  • Reverse Coins;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts;
  • Withhold pending redemptions;
  • Permanently block access.

Decisions are made in good faith based on internal and partner data.

9. Third-Party Infrastructure

The Platform operates using third-party service providers, including:

  • Swaarm GmbH (campaign tracking, attribution, database infrastructure);
  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud (application hosting, analytics, messaging, crash reporting);
  • Tremendous, Inc. (reward fulfillment).

Use of the Platform requires processing of technical and usage data by these providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed.

Users will be notified prior to closure where reasonably possible.

Unredeemed Coins may expire upon account closure.

11. Taxes

Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards received through the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, REPLUG GmbH is not liable for:

  • Third-party campaign validation failures;
  • Technical errors outside our reasonable control;
  • Payout provider delays or refusals;
  • Indirect or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits or opportunities.

Maximum liability is limited to the total value of rewards redeemed by the user within the previous six (6) months.

Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory obligations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
